By using alnd.life, signing up, or buying anything from ALND Life (run by Katie Jones), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What you get

Free resources, a free hub, and paid products such as live builds and setups. What’s included in each paid product is described on its page at the time you buy.

Your account

The hub uses a sign-in link sent to your email. Keep your email secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in as you. One account per person.

Personal use only

Everything on this site, including prompts, guides, lessons, templates and recordings, is for your own personal, household use. Please don’t resell, republish, share paid content or logins, or pass it off as your own. You can share links to the free pages anytime.

About AI

These resources help you use third-party AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. I don’t control those tools. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so check anything important before relying on it. Your use of those tools is covered by their own terms and privacy policies. Don’t put information into an AI tool that you aren’t comfortable sharing with that company.

Food and allergies

Meal and recipe ideas are general suggestions. They are not checked for allergies, ingredients or dietary needs, and AI cannot do that reliably. Always read labels and check every ingredient yourself, especially if anyone in your home has a food allergy.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Results depend on you and aren’t guaranteed.

Live builds

Live sessions happen online at the times listed on the product page. Sessions may be recorded and shared with people who bought that build. If I have to reschedule, I’ll let you know by email. See the refund policy for cancellations.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Be decent

Don’t misuse the site, try to break it, or harass anyone in a live session. I can remove access for anyone who does, without a refund.

Limits of liability

The site and everything on it are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything resulting from your use of AI tools or of the content here. If I am found liable for anything, it’s limited to what you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
