Refund policy

Live builds

More than 48 hours before the first session: full refund.
Within 48 hours of the first session, or after it starts: no refund. You keep the recording and all the materials.
If I cancel or move it and the new date doesn’t work for you: full refund.

Digital products

Prompts, setups, guides and other instant-access products are final sale once you have access, because they can’t be returned.

Memberships

Cancel any time and you won’t be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Past payments aren’t refunded.

Something wrong?

If you were charged twice, can’t get into something you paid for, or it doesn’t work as described, email hello@alnd.life within 7 days and I’ll make it right.

How to ask

Email hello@alnd.life with the email you used to buy. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
